Elite Book Corner offers a range of book-related services including, but not limited to, manuscript editing, proofreading, publishing consultation, cover design assistance, formatting, and marketing guidance. Specific details and scope of work for each service will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested for our services.
- Content Ownership: You affirm that you are the sole owner of the intellectual property rights to the manuscript and content you submit to us, or that you have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses for its use.
- Communication: You agree to communicate openly and promptly with Elite Book Corner regarding your project.
4. Payments and Fees
Fees for our services will be agreed upon prior to the commencement of work and detailed in a separate service agreement. All payments are due as per the terms specified in that agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.
5. Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided by Elite Book Corner as part of our services (e.g., templates, guides, marketing strategies) remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. Your manuscript and its original content remain your intellectual property.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific sales, publishing deals, or literary success.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Elite Book Corner, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
